Taylor Ko

Taylor began taking yoga classes at a young age, but quickly became occupied with school and sports. As life happened she struggled to find the time for yoga, even when she probably needed it the most. Then, after living four years in LA, she arrived to a Boston winter and found herself in heated yoga classes seeking warmth, both literally and figuratively, as well as a community. Through yoga she has discovered the importance of self care and mindfulness and hopes to bring the same sense of comfort and empowerment to her classes that she has felt during her journey with yoga.
